I officially established Addressley in 2022 knowing all too well that it wasn’t gonna be easy - the best things in life rarely are and starting a real estate brokerage in a tough market with soaring interest rates was a risk. A calculated one - with faith and steely eyed determination, God guided me along the right path, giving me a clear direction I was to follow and I’m so glad I did. The past two years have been incredibly rewarding and I’ve grown more resolved than ever to continue creating a different kind of experience for people—one that goes beyond the many processes involved in a real estate transaction.
From the beginning, my goal with Addressley was to take everything I’d learned from over 34 years of real estate experience to create something different. I wanted to build a brokerage where the focus wasn’t just on buying and selling property, but on delivering an elevated experience for all - the buyers, sellers and many other real estate professionals that partner and work toward reaching a shared goal. Real estate is inextricably interwoven with our lives, and I’m absolutely committed to supporting home buyers and sellers with services that put people first—where clients feel valued and supported every step of the way and relationships are built to lasting friendships. By prioritizing client satisfaction over commissions - putting people before property - we’ve built a foundation that’s firmly rooted in trust.
In the quest to continue improving upon my original vision of “Realty, Elevated”, we’ve been working on something - a new service we’re in the process of rolling out for our clients. The idea of Home Services Concierge (HSC) arose from my own experience as a recent new homeowner having purchased our home in Riverpark in 2022. Yes, a new business and home to care for at the same time and a crazy time it was! Like any new home, we had to make it our own and in so doing undertook repairs, design, and updates to reflect how we live our lives. Having the vision is one thing, bringing the vision to life - entirely another for which we needed help. Finding the right people to support us with design, flooring demo and replacements, painting, window coverings, closet organization, fixture and appliance changes, solar installation, plumbing, electrical, garage door repairs, seasonal maintenance and more was no small task.
Our clients now use HSC with our compliments, utilizing it to keep general home maintenance needs current which keeps the little things that can go wrong from becoming big ones that do. HSC is the one stop shop for qualified professionals for seasonal services like HVAC, filter replacement, gutter cleaning, power, and window washing and more. Fans of saving on the energy costs that power our lives can simply ask HSC for a referral to an electrician to install new ceiling fans, an EV charger, solar panels, or energy efficient windows. And when the holidays you celebrate roll around, HSC knows who to call for help with holiday lighting and decorating.
